Thank you for providing these very helpful instructions, Dr. John.
Hi Mary Jane, Thank you so much for spending your time reading my blog entry. I hope you’ll find this interesting and helpful to you. Take care always.
Dear Dr John
I read a few of your articles today and loved them.
As a yoga and energy therapist I find people who suffer from neck problems usually slot into a few categories
1. people with a lot of emotional issues who have not been able to express whats troubling them;
2.people who have issues with their partner or a family member;
3. people with very fixed views on life and how it should be lived; and
4.people who are suffering from so much stress that their entire body is tense.
Yoga is a great tool to ease neck pain but must be utilised with caution for at times cause more damage then good. Simple deep breathing and gentle postual correction is a good start.
However, most people with cronic neck problems may not even be able to cope with that! I recommend commencing their therapy with a session of councelling/theta to get to the core issue, followed by a crystal and pranic session.
Cant wait to read more of your articles.
God bless
Ash
